Summary: I was doing a Road WorkerRP on Scaffolding, and he flew up on his prop, and then flew back down again, to prop surf into the sunset.
He also has a ban for this previously, as well as an incredibly long history of prop abuse blacklists all of which have been committed in under 60 hours. (Check them, too many to list)
