Title of Suggestion: surrendering/Hands behind back when handcuffed
Description:When being arrested you can put your hands in the air, and also when being handcuffed your hands are behind your back.
Why:This will make it more realistic, and you can tell if someone is handcuffed or if they are surrendering.

I believe there's a script free for download for these animations on Facepunch, will take a look after the trucks update.

Also: Have a 5 sec cooldown, before you can put your hands down, so it wont be abused with weapons.
