A huge mingfest has happened during the provided time above.
A lot of shooting, backseat administrating and people trying to kill each other.
Evidence:
The evidence video is a bit long, so skip through it however you wish. The main person breaking the rules is [MP] ACID, others just assisted in the rule breakage by killing/demoting him, backseat-administrating.

The video follows as this:
0:00-3:00 = ACID trying to CDM us all, actually succeeds on a couple of people.
4:50-5:20 = He switched to SRU Sargeant to get a free weapon in order to continue the killing spree. Also teamkilling.
6:30-7:00 = Him killing a gun dealer, ran up to me and shot me.
7:15-8:00 = He's failing at killing an afk person then another person came by to shoot him.
8:00-11:00 = Acting innocent and getting demoted while trying to kill us as SRU, Police Sergeant and Officer.
11:00-13:00 = Jumping on ragdolled bodies.
Before watching the video, I'd like to say, the person in the background you hear is my schoolmate, trying to find his long lost headphones, lol.
