Summary: User blocks elevator then attempts to blackmail me. User has 8 bans and near 40 blacklists and it is clear in his 500 hours of play he has no intention to RP. At the time of recording he also had 19 kills and 2 deaths and people were discussing him RDMing in OOC. I believe said user has had his chance to RP and no longer deserves to play on this server.
