Title of Suggestion: Alter or edit rule 1.5
Description: Basically what I'm suggesting is that rule 1.5 need to be edited with something like, "Adkins decisions are not negotiable, but must be backed up by rule that is being broken.
Example:
Player: Admin, unban my friend he did nothing wrong
Admin: No, he broke fearrp in front of me, and rdmed that player
P: It's not true, unban him!
A:Stop talking about it, you can apply for unban on forums
P: No, unban him!
A: Stop it, or you will be punished for breaking rule 1.5, Your friend broke rules and got punished, don't get yourself into unneeded trouble.
^ that is how It should be IMHO, It's purely an example, can be applied to any situation, but must be backed up by some rules.
How it should not be:
Admin: No, you can't do that
P: why? We are not breaking any rules
A: No, you must stop
P: For what reason?
A: Because I told you so, rule 1.5
See where I'm coming from?
Why: Because admits are there in place to enforce EXISTING RULES, not alter situation to their own liking.
I know that most admins and wannabe admins, will -support it, but I want to know why with some proper xx plantation so I can debate it. KEEP THNX

I haven't come across many admins that don't tell the player what rule they've broken, but it would be a nice addition nonetheless.
