You can play, like the server name already tells you the IP has changed. To play follow these steps:
Go to your Steam Servers
Go to the Favorites tab
Press Add a Server
In the field fill in: cityrp.fearlessrp.net:27015
Done
Repeat this process if you want to add the second server as well, but then use cityrp.fearlessrp.net:27030 as IP.
