When i play on 33x or v2d at random points during the game my Gmod crashes. The game will freeze then there will be a sudden stop in audio followed by the crash of Gmod. This is very annoying as i have randomly crashed during RP events. please any input is welcome and i can try answer any questions.

check crash logs, possibly alot of errors.

I have experienced this with a great number of addons enabled/subscribed to. I suggest disabling every addon not related to FL or if that doesn't work, unsubscribing to some of them.
If nothing I've mentioned above works - verify game cache. Still got problems? Reinstall.

I fixed it, what I did was verify my games cache. Then I downloaded the contents for fearless rp through the website I stead of just letting it download automatically from the point where I join the server. I also lowered all my graphics. I did all this together so I don't know which one of the things I did fixed the problem.

Try this step, fixes alot of issues with the game.
Right click Garry's Mod -> Properties -> Local files -> Verify integrity of game cache. Let it load.
