Summary: I was looking at his youtube channel and i found this video decided to watch it and he was standing on rag doll body's and random tranq in public so i screen captured it and posted it here to report him.

The video is pretty clear, he did indeed step on the body. What I can not see is how you determined who this is. I need to make sure who the player is to make a conclusion. Please post the original channel or video. Thank you for your time.
