Summary: Right I was walking around in the map, when I see a taxi driver holding a prop high in the air. I went over too have a look and saw that he was pushing cars, players and propkilling players by pushing the cars.
I told him too stop, but he prop killed me then.(Edit: I caught him propblocking when I entered the server again, he then leaves the server)
