I don't see the problem.
I called a paramedic that later healed you, the reason i didn't run up to you was that i was in a police chase.
EDIT:
It's your fault for running across the road without looking, even so i called a paramedic.

After a quick check of the logs, it appears he indeed called a paramedic hence no rulebreaking is noted here. You clearly were the one running in the middle of the road at the wrong time aswell.
