If you want your Fearless Account name changed, you need an administrator.
If you want to do it on steam, then do the following: Steam > Friendslist > click on the arrow pointing downwards > click 'Change Steam Name' and then a box should apper, where you can change your steamname, and some other stuff.

An Administrator most likely won't see your request.
To contact one, goto http://fearlessrp.net/showteam.php and PM a Administrator, Super Admin or the owner himself, Soul.

Hello there! I am not quite sure what you mean, so I have a few solutions.
1. If you wish to change your forum username, then go to this link: http://www.fearlessrp.net/usercp.php?action=changename
2. If you wish to change your in-game character name, type "/rpname <Name Here>"
3. If you wish to change your Steam name then go to Steam > Friendslist > click on the arrow pointing downwards > click 'Change Steam Name'

To change your forum name please follow this link: http://www.fearlessrp.net/usercp.php?action=changename
If you have a 30 day cooldown, then there's nothing you can do but wait the 30 days.

You dont need an Admin for that..
As the 2 People above already said
go to that Link right here -> http://www.fearlessrp.net/usercp.php?action=changename
And change your Name YOURSELF.

Or Press F1 and change it there.

But if you have a 30 Days cooldown there's nothing you can do.
You'll have to wait 30 Days until you can change it again.
