It took him 20 seconds to actually die.
Him standing on the road doesn't make it okay for you to run him over. It's still CDM.

I was struggling to find him, when I found him, he died. He didn't record what happened after he died as I stood there.

I got out of my vehicle as soon as I hit him. I called a paramedic but then he died.

To be quite honest i was a bit pissed off that i lost some gear, however i do not believe frost stopped straight away. But i think frost deserves to be unblacklisted
