Summary: Smellyterrorist had been driving around mainstreet in a VW golf driving pretty badly and almost seemingly deliberately ramming into people and objects. He then Cdmed me when I was passive rping (Didn't get evidence of that) and he cdmed someone else. He stopped for about three seconds and did not get out of his car to check if he was ok or to call a paramedic, he just stopped for about 3 to 5 seconds then just took off.

To summarise the evidence, in the first screenshot he is seen driving over the body and in the last screenshot you see him driving off.
