Summary: He was simply ruining my rp by constantly insulting me, killing my customers and killing me for no apparent reason. Unfortunately I didn't get the insulting part on a video. Half the rdms didn't get recorded either. Also he broke nlr multiple times by just coming back to me as if he knows me. He was also a gun dealer for over an hour and I only saw him run around troll other players and rdm. In other words, he's a total minge and not here to roleplay.
Also he was punished in game after some time, but I'm quite certain the punishment is based only on a single kill which is why I'm posting additional proof attempting to increase his punishment time.

Randomly kills my customer (first harms, then shoots to death). Watch in slow motion to see him run away at around 4:27 after I close the F1 menu
As you can see, here he breaks fear rp by running away from my gun point
Rdms me with a baseball bat while being 'afk'

He has quite extensive punishment record.
Why is he not banned already?
