Summary: I was having a conversation with two people from the FBI during a bank RP when Sebastian came over and placed a random C4 on our door. He proceeded to repeat this a few more times and also admits it in OOC. The PR section starts around 6 minutes.
Sorry for the weird random Third-Person / first-person changes and random tab openings. I do it randomly for some reason.
