Summary: Generic minge. Building in the street, primarily prop-pushing people with a boat -_- I also hostaged him with rope, and he disconncted to escape it. Twice.

Also got a couple of screen shots which illustrate his street-building and prop pushing.
I think he needs a few days ban, it was DELIBERATE, and REPEATED rule breaking. I asked him to stop, SEVERAL times, but he just carrys on, or disconncts. He needs a ban for at least a few days, if not permanently. He's an awful player.
