Are you sure it was on February 15th at 18:10GMT? Going back in the logs for the server on that day I am failing to see any interactions between you and Burrito. Infact he disconnected at

Looking into the matter a bit more I saw that the event occurred at [16:53:25]

He actually pulled out his cuffs and there was nobody else there, so no gun was aimed at me at the time when I pulled out mine

As you see he admitted that he broke FearRP. And he was stealing a car so thats why I didn't faze him. I told him to face the car, he did it and then when I was going to handcuff him he took a weapon out.

FearRP still applies when a person switches from weaponry to cuffs in order to cuff you.
Accused will be given appropriate punishment for breaking FearRP.
