At Intelligence One - better known as I1 - our mission is to protect and develop Evocity into a safer and more prosperous outfit. We achieve this common goal through intelligence, not outright aggression, forming contacts and relationships to resolve problems that may arise. We help the government and fellow agencies identify and exploit positive security opportunities as well as risks to our national harmony. We work all across evocity to ensure public safety and obedience that will all lead to a brighter and more sensible future.
We primarily work to counter terrorism, resolve international and national conflict and to prevent spread of mass inhumane weapons. We are here to protect Evocity's people, economy and interests. Intelligence One also plays a prominent role in supporting Evocity national security in securing Evocity's cyber advantage. As previously stated, we focus on identifying risks and opportunities at the earliest possible stage, shaping developments and preventing new and existing threats from emerging into the public domain.
The risks to the nation are becoming increasingly diverse and unique. Past threats were more predictable, but today’s adversaries are constantly changing and morphing around their predecessor's failures. The ability to adapt and combine Evocity's collective security resources is paramount and necessary, and that is what us at I1 specialise in. It takes people from a range of backgrounds with a variety of different skills and temperaments to achieve this goal. But we all share the same mission – to protect the city, its people and interests. We will rightfully secure this using all of our necessary capabilities and resources to do so.
Recruits that we look for are versatile, intelligent and quick witted. We take great pride and care with our employees, and ensure that their safety is at high priority - In return we request commitment and obedience to help fulfill our vision. Without you, this city would not be where it is today. We sculpture to maintain and improve - you are the chisel in which the deed is done.
Intelligence One was founded in late 2015 under the operative code 'InitiationO'. Our operatives are equipped to protect, not agress, however our motto 'Perfectum, defossus securus dormies superstes - servare futuro' (Secure, protect, survive - preserve the future) requires the repelling concept to be fulfilled. Any attack to our nation is an attack to us and our visionary values - we will put ourselves forwards to defend what we stand for. This is the first installment of the INSIGNIA plan agreed upon by Steve Burwin, Edward Petersons and Viktor Dennis in late 2013. THE ORGANISATION STRUCTURE: The Governing Board The members of the governing board are generally elected by a democratic vote. They can also be forcefully appointed by the Chairman. A new vote will open if a member of the board leaves the company or if the Chairman feels there is a necessary need for more members of the governing board. Chairman: The chairman conducts the operation. He manages change within the firm and ensures a rigid timetable of efficiency. He holds the same powers as a CEO, however he emphasises the idea of giving more freedom to his employees. This role is important in ensuring cohesion within the organisation - in turn, this will maximize efficiency and flow in regards to internal and external relations. He is the organisation's primary spokesman. Senior Manager: The senior managers keep in regular contact with the Chairman. They report company progress involved with lower management. Senior managers conduct the rest of the management team and ensure constant and smooth communication between the IOCTD and the IODD. They work mainly as the deputy Chairman, however they are more involved with company tasks and progress. The senior managers will interview new applicants in their field. Senior Operative: The senior operative's concern involves that of the IOCTD within the organisation. They manage their emotional psychology, conduct training sessions and outline and evaluate our candidate's weaknesses. They also work alongside the senior managers and the lead engineers. They ensure the managers are kept up to date with operation status' and request documents and assistance if required. They can acknowledge special requests to the lead engineer which may help them complete tasks. The senior operatives will also interview new applicants in their field. Lead Engineer: The lead engineer manages both the quartermaster branch and the architectural division. They head big projects and manage the processes needed to complete the task. They too will work closely with the senior operatives and managers, taking their requests and constructing what they need. The lead engineer will also be required to interview new applicants in their field. Moreover, unlike the previous two positions, the lead engineer will not be required to train his departments, as they are expected to acquaint the required experience from independent study and knowledge. _____________________________________________________ The Intelligence One Management Division The members of the management division make sure the company flows properly. They create documents and help organise the other divisions so we can maximise our performance with great haste. Manager - The manager is experienced at creating documents and organisation. They report to the senior manager about the progress they are making on project that they have requested. They may also be required to create media, such as graphics and videos. Secondary Manager - The secondary manager assets the managers. Primary Manager - The primary manager shadows the work the secondary manager and manager does. They watch to see how they operate. This is a rank you will stay in for a matter of days until you grasp the key concepts. _____________________________________________________ The Intelligence One Counter Terrorism Division The members of the Intelligence One counter terrorism division are trained and equipped in multiple different scenarios. They are trained in both intelligence and counter intelligence and the sub-branches of espionage. Their aim is to disrupt the flow of terrorist organisations and decrease the probability that a group or individual will claim citizen lives. They do this through the use of inside information leaking, intelligence gathering and counteracting the plans the group may withhold. They use willing diplomacy, but in rare instances, hostile force is necessary. Senior Agent: The senior agent is in charge in managing a small group of men during operation. They bond close relationships with their colleagues and lead them in counter terrorism and intelligence operations with strategic accuracy. Agent: The basic IOCTD rank, the agent follows the commands of the senior operative, operative and senior agent. They partake in surveillance and counter terrorism tasks and work in teams to complete their goals. _____________________________________________________ The Intelligence One Development Division The development division engineers new technology and builds that the firm can use to help operations go as smoothly as possible. Architect - The architect designs and builds constructions that the organisation can use. This ranges from oil rigs to training complexes. They flex to the needs of their superiors, and take orders from higher command. *We are not currently looking for Architects Quartermaster: The quartermaster specialises in developing new technology for the firm to use. They comission technology that the other divisions require, such as defence mechanisms - for example, mobile CCTV cameras and field gadgets. JOB OPPORTUNITIES/DESCRIPTIONS: Management (IOMD)- As a manager, you are responsible for giving detailed evaluations of new applicants, creating documents and developing a friendly atmosphere within the team. You will be expected to review applications and undergo interviews for the applicants (management only). These will ultimately determine their future within the corporation. During these meetings, you will evaluate if you think the applicant has all the necessary qualities it takes to be a Intelligence One staff member. In addition to this, you will also be given the task of organising the work teams. This ranges from pearing up operatives on spreadsheets to physically preparing and engaging two or more agents to be able to work together efficiently. You will also be expected to create necessary documents. This ranges from mission reports (forum posts) to legal cases. This may also include transactions or management of virtual market items. Obviously, you are not expected to fulfill all of these duties. Within the management team, you will be split into sub teams that deal with the different categories. For this, you will need good communication and teamwork skills. It is also good if you have some knowledge of media editing programs, such as Adobe Photoshop and/or Sony Vegas Pro. *NOT REQUIRED The higher tier management positions will also be providing the architectural and quartermaster branches with projects to complete. This position is non-volatile, meaning it is difficult to switch to a different position within the organisation. Even though possible, it is advised you stick to a specific tree to be able to develop specific skills. This way we will allow you to develop multiple superior transferable qualities in the field of management that will allow for a smooth and mature operation. If approved, you would be appointed the position of secondary manager. In this position, you would shadow a higher ranked manager until they feel you are ready to move up the rank to primary manager. _____________________________________________________ Agent (IOCTD)- As an agent you will be expected to be suitably acquainted with firearms. You will be required to know how to operate and manage several types of firearms, ranging from the most common, handguns, to heavy weaponry. We also expect that you have a good understanding of our organisation's arsenal (OOC: gamemode, binds and inventories) and personal management and note-taking skills. Obviously, being an agent is not all physical. We are more interested in personality, as shot can always be improved. As stated previously, one quality we look for in a good agent is versitility, meaning you can adapt to questionable situations. Intelligence, meaning you learn from your mistakes. Finally, last but not least, quick wittedness. We are not looking for 007 super spies, but normal people with good qualities and morals that will listen to instructions and obey them with unquestionable obedience. Being an intelligence agent isn't about who can pull the trigger first. Our aim down the gun barrel is for peace, and ultimately war will never bring this virtue. You have to be able to think rationally and put other people's interests before your own opinion. Higher ranks of agent (Senior Agent+) will be expected to create a friendly work atmosphere and develop cohesion within the team. You should have great leadership qualities. _____________________________________________________ Architect (IODD)- As an architect, you are responsible for the planning and development of future buildings, offices and safe houses the firm may require. Higher ranks of the architectural division (senior engineer) will be required to review and accept or deny applicants. For this, a lot like managment, you will require good judgement and note taking skills. Your primary job, as expected, is to establish, plan and develop useful structure for Intelligence One. This ranges anything from a boat to a HQ to a skyscraper. For these to be developed properly, you will require basic knowledge of 3D mavrik, our modeling and development software (MS paint ;p). You will be expected to create development dossiers with paperwork explaining the aim, purpose and method of the build. You will have an equity of each building you produce, meaning not 100% of the building is owned by the company. It is required that you are able to work both in a team and independently, as you may be attacking a build as one of a multiple or standalone. *We are not currently looking for Architects _____________________________________________________ Quartermaster (IODD) - As a quartermaster, unlike architects, you will be working on multiple very focused small scale projects. The aim of these is to make HQ defence and surveillance easier. For example, moving barricades, elevators, dynamic doors and rotating CCTV cameras. You will require a good knowledge of Evocity law (CityRP rules - especially tool rules) and be fluent in the use of rare and specific apparatus (Q menu tools, motor, winch ect). Like the architects and management team, in senior quartermaster positions (senior engineer, you will also be expected to review applicants. You will also, again, require good teamwork and independent work skills as you will be working in conjunction with the architectural division to help produce more complicated mechanisms.
