Dear Team I was banned because I Joining avoid punishment made and I wanted to apologize but I did not know what nlr spawning and am rejoint to the admin to ask what that is and then we talked I said why do you have me banned and what is nlr spawning I asked he said go back and but the same spot there was my police car, I just wanted to bring back and then I was banned please unban me

You rejoined to avoid the waiting time of 10 minutes you get as soon as you get blacklisted, thus avoiding part of your punishment.
