Summary:Well I was Selling my Comet For 160k, So we decided to go to the slums to trade... He Was giving me All this Crap How he got scammed for a tranq and how scared he was to trade agian... So I said How about 80k first, then when i dropped the car you give me the other 80k, He Said Fine.. So We Did This... And As Soon As I dropped the car He Picked it up and Hes Gone... I've Got It All Recorded... Sorry For the Bad Quality Was Not using Fraps at the Time. Also He Scammed Emile, As he told me as soon as i said In OOC Many others have been scammed by him. General Minge.

Yes, Phillip is such a minge, I have a video I have to put up of him. Cause I was going to do a Ban Request of him as well. He came in on the server and RDM and spawn killed people. Me and Pie were cops and he was a taxi driver and then a gun dealer.
(the only problem with the video is that I used the in game recording and when I try to play it back I get the black loading screen)
But I did get a video where he took a kinfe out at me as a cop, I handcuffed him and asked him why did you take the knife out on me, and He left the game.
He also asked me what cars I had and how much money, I didn't tell him and he threatened to turn off my internet. I told him go ahead and a few sec later I randomly disconnected from it saying "No Steam Log in" All my IM programs logged me off and it took a min for my internet to get back on.
When I rejoined he even admitted to it and said he was "sorry" and I called BS on that.
