This has been happening to a lot people recently, but I don't think if anyone is sure on how to fix it. I think it is something on your side as everything seems to be working for me.

My Adv. Dupe. Manager is working fine.
Perhaps it's more a client side problem? Unless other people are having this problem too.

All that happens to me is that the dupes I had with hydraulics doesn't have the hydraulics anymore. And all the props, they are not welded.
