Summary: So this guy came in and started braking rules (despite the fact he just became a donor). He stole my car randomly as a SRU (I don't have evidence) he was wearing a suit as a SRU and didn't stop insulting in OOC

I was the person being insulted in OOC and he was breaking all the rules in front of me. A lot with this I have a video of him insulting me and also I have a video of the message that came up when He demoted me for no reason and then swapped jobs back to a NDS. He swapped to a Vice President just to demote me.
The Videos are on my Ban Request for him.
