Reason:
Apparently someone punched this cop so the cop went after him and was shooting at him
im just standing outside the nexus and the guy runs past turning right with guns shots aimed at him
then the cop comes and started shooting a different person
and then kills him
so not only is this a different person he killed over a punch and could of easily attempted to arrest instead of just killing
