Summary: Player was in violation of rule #6.8a by constantly following a police officer and using his physgun as a laser pointer. Player did not abide by warnings that I gave him, and the possible consequences, he simply did not care and carried on laser pointing. Player was heard constantly laughing while violating the rule.
