Summary: Well, when i played as a normal citizen (waiting for a friend) he knocked on my door.
He told me that he was Using his second account because his first one (DOGI) was banned for bypassing the AFK system.
I made a screenshot of him saying "Ja das ist mein 2 acc." That means "Yes thats my second account." (its German.)
