Ok, heres the deal. On some servers, the moment I join, the little red message on the top right saying i lost connection appears. I tried everything, restarting gmod, restarting my computer, etc. What can I do?

Could be an issue with your latency (Ping) or just your internet connection in general.

Is it constant? Or occasional?

It's mostly on gta online servers. Some of them which I have played on before

I usually get this when joining FL, all I do is just rejoin then I'll join in fine.

It never happened with any other server except GTA online.

Well I get those every 10-15 minutes on almost full server and it is because my internet is very slow, so the problem might be with your internet connection.
