As seen at the very beginning of the video, I'm not sure why, a cop was driving past him so he opened fire, killing the cop. Then He runs to me, He asked for a ride, I politely offered yes, unlocked my car for him to get in, he gets in, gets back out, shoots the car up, all while I was the President.
