Summary: Very simple. The reported player was a cop in the situation... then he started mass rdming the whole city... random tazing... he broke nlr and killed for revenge! For evidence i have some screen shots that i took... He killed me as well (I was a chef!)

I agree with him because I saw him 2 in the server he just like tazing anyone and RDMing them and that gun dealer he tazed him 2 times and RDMed him
