The user in question has been issued with a 3 hour blacklist from vehicles.
Side notes: Took a while to find it because on your screenshots it says your steam name is 'Arman184' after looking at your recent changes I saw it used to be 'BiotSNow' What I would personally recommend next time is if you change your Steam name whilst this is being processed, please provide us with the previous name.
