I don't have a history with them, I was removed from the clan due to classified reasons, I was with them for a day. I am not biased, I was fair, you did not supply enough evidence, thus it was denied.

• We never asked you for anything. I'm referring to the logs. Audacter told Budy that he would post the logs in the BR once created by Budy. You somehow took this as us "demanding" logs from you personally. I feel that Budy and I made this abundantly clear in the initial post that Audacter would provide logs. Me personally, I think you intentionally made yourself look stupid as an excuse to insert yourself into the conversation. Why else would you take such offense to something that was never said? To the point where Nighthawk had to intervene to stop you. I apologize to Nighthawk for mentioning him here, but it's pretty important I feel.
  

• You single me out intentionally on multiple occasions within the thread (twice) for reasons that are not made clear at all. This is evidence pointing towards your bias. On top of the occasion in which you denied Budy and I a public build for reasons that you even admitted were made-up on the spot. There's no evidence for this but I would hope for some self honesty. Budy and I stated in the thread that we were there to base, so why is my presence coming into question? How is that relevant to anything?
  

• Your blatant and nearly comical disregard for damage logs and your standard of "evidence".  Audacter posted damage logs on our behalf, you COMPLETELY disregard them on multiple occasions while putting 100% stock into the screenshots posted by the accused. Notice in those screenshots how they are aiming perfectly at SRU and cops at that range, yet you actually dismiss our claims and say "well accidents happen, stray bullets, blah blah blah". They "accidentally" strike Budy 3 concurrent times all the while demonstrating their 1337 Pro marksmanship in the screenshots OF THEIR OWN RECORDINGS. They could simply post the actual videos of their recordings, but it's so obvious why they don't. I honestly don't see how you're confused about you being accused of abuse. You're willing to make every available logical leap on their behalf, but say "You didn't have video evidence so no no no" Ignoring the fucking damage logs, ignoring the fact that they don't clear their names with the mountains of fucking Terrabytes they have recorded, ignoring we have an existing feud providing a very credible motive, ignoring every single fucking thing that should be so obvious to anyone who isn't completely biased. That obviously doesn't include you.
