There may have not been an admin on at the time but try typing @and then your reason for contacting them and they should normally come and deal with the situation in game. If no admins are on however try and collect as much evidence of the player breaking the rule as you can and post a ban request. Hope this helped

It's irritating, but Ludo has got it right - @ messages are global, so moderators on every server will see 'em -
If you happen to have a nvidia GPU enable ShadowPlay, and you can recorded the last 15 minutes of gameplay - very helpful for posting player reports
