Uhm... I personally wouldn't consider that public building if it doesn't block the streets in anyway... but only an admin can answer that for I have never built in there. Wait for an admin to reply.

You could run a "Car Garage" with a little bit of contra storage under the desk? I try to incorporate my contraband into my RP
