Summary: (I had to shoot him in his van because he was not stopping his van. I then got a search warrant to put his van in lockup. He came back for his van as i put the van in lockup. I asked him multiple times to get out of the building. He was trespassing. He would not leave and broke fearRP so i tazed him. I procceded to cuff him. As i was tpying a report for him to be arrested because of tresspassing, he disconnected and joined back instantly.)
Evidence::

*** Christopher Meredith clicks both cuffs over each hand therefore, finishing
handcuffing oliver carter.
*** Christopher Meredith slots a new battery into his stun gun. It takes 3 seconds to
charge.
