It does not say in the description that it requires 5 rp points to use, I don't even have 1 rp point - same to nearly everyone who plays on this server.
Could you add to the description of the SRU van that it requires the 5 RP points.
Also am I able to get a refund because of this.
Not sure whether to put in bug or suggestion.

This isn't a bug, but I agree with the fact it should alert the user it requires RPP to use.

You should definitely get a refund, as you didn't know it was an RP point required item
