HOWTO: Make Unblacklist Request - SoulRipper - 08-12-2015 Rules for making an Unblacklist Request We have made some rules for unblacklist requests, please read them first.
Your name: (Your Steam name) Your blacklist ID: (Blacklist ID as found on the blacklists page, example 2779) Steam ID: Reason: (Why were you blacklisted, as stated on the blacklists page) Staff member who blacklisted you: Reason why you should be unblacklisted: Copy This Code: Your name: What to do when your request was denied If your request has been denied, there are not many options left. In most cases you would have to accept your punishment and play the blacklist out. It would be a good idea to read the rules again, to get more familiar with them, or you could read the role-play guides. You are allowed to post a second unblacklist request, as another attempt to convince us of your innocence. However this can only be done after a certain amount of time: Blacklist time under 10 hours - A second unblacklist request is not allowed. Blacklist time over 10 hours - You are allowed to post a second unblacklist request 1 week after the denial. Blacklist time over 25 hours - You are allowed to post a second unblacklist request 2 weeks after the denial. Blacklist time over 100 hours - You are allowed to post a second unblacklist request 1 month after the denial. Blacklist time over 1000 hours - You are allowed to post a second unblacklist request 3 months after the denial. A third unblacklist request will not be taken in consideration, no matter how long your blacklist is. RE: HOWTO: Make Unblacklist Request - Avgar - 03-31-2016 Clarified rule 6 and also made it so that players must post within 7 days after staff replies or else their request will be denied. This will take effect for unblacklist requests made from the 1st of April, 2016. Rule 6 further clarified to fix exploit. It was written in a way where users could exploit the system to get their unblacklist request approved. Staff reply -> User can reply within 7 days. User reply -> Staff can reply within 7 days. RE: HOWTO: Make Unblacklist Request - Awestruck - 11-27-2017 Rule 6 re-clarified... 6a. Staff must either conclude or ask for further information within 10 days of the initial unblacklist request post (OP). If not - unblacklist request is approved and blacklist removed from your record. Within this time, staff are expected to review the case, contact anyone involved and begin the investigation. If the information provided within the unblacklist request is sufficient, the case can be decided upon. If further input is needed from the player, the staff member investigating the case must ask for further information. 6b. If staff replies asking for further information from the player making the unblacklist request, they must provide it within 7 days. If the player does not reply within those 7 days the unblacklist request is denied. 6c. If the player successfully provides staff information to their request, staff have 7 days to either conclude or ask for further information else your unblacklist request will be Approved and blacklist removed from record. 6b and 6c loop until the case is resolved. |
