I am wanting to buy a house dupe that's decent. The house must have the following:
2 bedrooms
1 balcony
If you have a house dupe that's really nice please PM me with pictures of the house. The dupe can be inside a pre-made house owned by the world or can be custom made by the player.
If the house Is made on a house thats owned by the world, I will pay around 50-75k
If the house Is entirely custom and made by the player/a player I will pay up to 150k-175k
THE HOUSE MUST HAVE FURNISHINGS COMPLETE WITH IT ASWELL!

I sell a house with 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
Come today at 1PM on v33x to the bank of america and i'll give u a drive to a good place for the house.
It is 150K because if u see the house u understand it and u get a free house thats also super nice with it, but then is it 175K
