Summary:
'SWAT Quickscoper'. They were being randomly tranquilized by some rebel. They metagamed after they got knocked out the first time, since my friend said he had intentions to tranquilize him also for handcuffing him earlier, and they proceeded to detain him.
After being tranquilized another couple of times, he claimed the suspect was a friend of ours, which wasn't true. He then said that, if he were to get tranquilized again, he would kill us (both of us unarmed and posing no threat to him at all).
Evidence:
Apparently an administrator had already warned him about his job title as well.
