I was the person in the white suit, they had no guns on them when they ran and got into the car and Ven jumped out the car and told them to get out. Both rebels jumped out and neither had a gun till Ven got around the car to them, they clearly broke Fear RP as they jumped out the car unarmed at gunpoint.
