Summary: I chased accused player for jaywalking as he began to flee from me, I caught up with him, cuffed him and a SWAT unit appeared on scene for some unknown reason. It was at this moment where accused player was told by Caseblanka spawned his car, and told Nigy to get in, while Nigy was under fearRP by a Tazer and an AR-15. Accused player then proceeded to run off and get into Caseblanka's car.
