Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod" and take a screenshot of your crashlog file.

please provide crash report as well explain how you could possibly crash and reconnect a moment later.

There was literally only 2 seconds between your disconnection and re-connection. If you crashed, it would not have been that fast.
