Summary: The guy tryed to RDA me for Running about and I tapped his car. Then he gave me a "warning shot" beside me then uncuffed me and ran so I went after him and shot him. Then I tried to steal from his Polcie car and he came back 1 mins after and shot me.

I was a witness in this case.
He was rdming and randomly arresting.
He also got revenge of the player who killed him which he broke nlr.(seen in the screenshots)
