Summary: Ferrno1101 trespassed through the doors to the elevator that leads to the jails while they were being opened, I pointed a taser at him and he ran away. I then tazed him and handcuffed him, then asked for a warrant. He then proceeds to disconnect and reconnect to avoid arrest.
