Title of Bug: ANPR can see through walls
Description: The ANPR on the police cars can detect vehicles that are inside garages.
Here the ANPR is triggered by a vehicle inside the garage, out of sight of the police car. This also occurs when the left door is closed.[Image: X7jTMVQ.jpg]
The location of the vehicle inside the garage, there is clearly no way the police car could have had line of sight

The ANPR just checks for entities in a FindInSphere. It doesn't use line of sight. This needs fixing.

I like the way it works atm, makes it easier for the police(who is generally underpowered)

I think this is fixed, as we didn't have ANPR Cameras in 2015 and I'm pretty sure they mean the Radar Gun
