Summary: Me and my friend were knocking on my own car, where he came up to us and tazed us, then cuffed us. Two cops came and un-handcuffed us later saying its okay, its not a crime.
Evidence: Here he is tazing me and my friend, for no reason. (My friend wasnt in the screenshot, but in the video he is shown to be tazed).
