As those screen shots are mine I'll elaborate a bit further on them.
I was there at the time Fear was being arrested for absolute no reason, so after the player in question was killed he walked up to me. I swapped my job to "Serial killer" just to test if he woudn't do it again. Yes as you coud've guessed it, he warranted me without even talking to me in any way. He also broke NLR as he DIED - can be seen in the logs.

The user in question was in breach pf the rule and refused to listen to anyone informing in of the rules.
