Title of Suggestion: Add Hats
Description: Alright, so I've asked a lot of people about this, if they want hats to be put in the server. They all said yes. It can be used for MafiaRP, but it can also be used because "I feel like it".
Why: Hats were going to be added in the Red Alert Update, but unfortunatly, Mavis was demoted so, they weren't added. OTHER REASONS STATED ABOVE.

Coding started and sure it was finished. Was not released for certain reasons I believe. However, that doesn't mean I wouldn't want it. +Support

I can tell you that it is not finished based on what I have seen on beta.
