Summary: Heard contraband from inside an apartment , went inside to find doors blocked , called man over to remove props . He refused and ran away ( Breaking Fear RP ) . I stayed in apartment to take screenshots , man came back and prop blocked me in twice , eventually let me free and was arrested for contra . I had previous screenshotted him building a custom car and admitting it was because and admin blacklisted him from driving

This is my 3rd prop abusing Br in 2 days , I feel someday we are going to have to put pressure on this as it just ruins all RP situations
