1. Go to this site and download AHK: http://www.autohotkey.com/
2. Make a text file anywhere on your computer. Press File > Save as, then under File Type choose: All files (*.*)
3. Save as laws.ahk
4. Open the file in your prefered text editor (Use notepad if you are unsure)
5. Copy paste EVERYTHING from this page to the file: http://hastebin.com/mikawatije.AHK
6. On the FISRT line, change {Enter} to whatever your key is to open chat, KEEP THE {}'S!
6. Save the file
7. Double click on the file, if you get a popup; accept it.
8. Go to gmod and write !laws
9. Sit back and relax while the computer does the heavy work


IMPORTANT!
This script will trigger each time you write !laws, no matter what program or context! To prevent this; go to your taskbar, click on the little arrow and find a green H, right click on that then "Exit".
