Summary: Well, as you can see in the video I was pretty much tazed for calling him a "Fat ass pig" which was not really a valid reason to taze me... He arrested me just after the video ended. There was also no laws stating any fines or arrests to be made for disrespecting police at the time.

This is a matter that you should have dealt with in character. You walked up to a police officer and called them a "fat as pig". He had intention to arrest you so the tase wasn't random.
If a situation like this occurs again, contact the president or police sergeant. Denied.
