Updated Steam & Forum Username - BouncingBall - 05-12-2015
I have updated my Steam name from [FL:RP] Lord_Frazzle to [FL:RP] BouncingBall. How long does it normally take to update my Bans and Blacklist names to my new Username

They don't covert.
Instead, they use your SteamID; which never changes.

They are there, but under your Lord_Frazzle username, if you get banned and click on the steam ID you were banned for, it will show you all of your bans.
